Operational Guidelines for Collateral Management & Clearing and Settlement in Interoperability framework amongst Clearing Corporations for Offer for Sale (OFS) Segment

All Members/Custodians,

This is with reference to the Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd (ICCL) circular no. 20200309-36 dated March 09, 2020 and circular no 20200320-55 dated March 20, 2020 regarding the implementation of interoperability amongst Clearing Corporations for OFS with effect from April 01, 2020.

Members/Custodians are hereby informed that, in view of the prevailing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic situations, the Clearing Corporations in consultation with SEBI have decided to extend the aforesaid date of implementation of interoperability amongst Clearing Corporations for OFS. The revised date of implementation will be informed by way of circular.
