Sub: Cut-off Time for Determining Minimum Threshold of Margins to be Collected from Clients

We draw your attention to SEBI circular ref. no: SEBI/HO/CDMRD/DRMP/CIR/P/2019/149 dated November 29, 2019 and ICCL Notice No.20191213-4 dated December 13, 2019 regarding Cut-off Time for Determining Minimum Threshold of Margins to be Collected from Clients.

In view of the Novel Covid-19 pandemic outbreak and nationwide lock down of 21 days in the country; and pursuant to discussions with SEBI, the effective date of the circular has been revised to July 01, 2020.

Members are requested to take note of the above.
